I will lead you through breathwork, mindfullness, meditation, and crystal chakra balancing. After a refreshing Yoga class, we will take a walk with intention around a beautiful neighboring lake. With each step we breathe and walk together in peaceful unison to bring you back to your awareness of the beauty and joy in this life.
We are growing as individuals but also are standing hand in hand with our sisters, friends, and family to rise together, raising our consciousness and healing ourselves and the planet.
Yoga Nidra often referred to as Yogic Sleep is the conscious awareness of the deep sleep state. It is an ancient Tantric technique made popular in the West by Swami Satyananda. This simple, yet powerful tool moves you to a state of deep relaxation and has the potential to take you beyond the three normal states of consciousness (waking, dreaming, and dreamless sleep states), to the 4th state of consciousness (Turiya).
