Angela is an ERYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher, founder, and director of Wisdom Yoga Wellness for over a comes from a diverse background in the arts of Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern dance and musical training 12 years in Karate, she found Ashtanga Yoga and fell in love with that practice that led her to various styles such as Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Thai Yoga massage, and a lot of Pranayama.

Her most recent work focuses around detailed Anatomy of Skeletal variations, Yin Yoga, Myofascial release and a touch of Yang at times, it's most definitely her preferred style of teaching and practice now, after spending 3 weeks in a Yin Yoga TT with Paul Grilley. She feels blessed for the influenced in her life of highly acclaimed master teachers, and time spent at Monasteries in Europe and USA, studying the Art of Mindfulness.

Christopher Paynter

Christopher Paynter has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. His first teacher, Kashi Ananda, a Senior TriYoga instructor, became his friend and mentor. Through continued classes and private instruction, Christopher made the natural progression to teaching. He is in the TriYoga Teacher Intern Program.

While his own practice is at the advanced level, for the past ten years his teaching focuses primarily on basics, incorporating breathing, awareness and correct alignment. His classes allow the students to move at their own pace by demonstrating more advanced modifications if their skill level allows.
